NOTICE OF ONE VACANCY IN OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR ELFORD PARISH COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1972 (Sec 87(2))

Notice is hereby given that due to the resignation of Councillor H.Robertson, a casual vacancy has arisen in the office of a Parish Councillor at Elford Parish Council.

If, within 14 days (excluding Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holidays*) after this notice, a request for election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer by TEN electors from the parish, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy; otherwise the vacancy will be filled by Elford Parish Council by co-option:

Fallen Tree – Elford

Birmingham City Council Forestry Team are clearing the fallen tree and debris near to the Walled Gardens on 30th and 31st March 2026. They will also be carrying out tree surveying on their land.
